This is an Intro Session for either Personal Training or Wing Tsun Self Defense. The Personal Training Session includes a Movement Assessment, Workout, Q&A and a discussion of available programs. The Wing Tsun Self Defense Intro Lesson includes Wing Tsun Theory, Striking, Footwork, Q&A and a discussion of available programs. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing you can move in!
