Welcome,

I'm Nicole, founder of Precise Athletics & Self Defense, a certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete and martial artist. Precise Athletics was born out of my desire to share the invaluable lessons I've learned from my exceptional instructors and mentors. I specialize in Strength & Conditioning, Wing Tsun Kung Fu, and Women's Self Defense, offering personalized training programs that have helped many achieve their fitness goals and enhance their quality of life. I provide both in-person and online private and semi-private instruction.
